Imagination Depot wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days for a refund for the price of the product and sales tax (if applicable).

Items must be returned in original condition with a copy of your invoice.

ImaginationDepotonline.com does not accept returns or give refunds on any fabric that has been cut, dyed, washed or altered in anyway by the customer.

When your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or issue a check (dependent on original payment) for the price of the product and sales tax.

Returns sent COD or collect will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

You will receive a refund for the item(s), sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
